This Privacy Policy explains how SwanaLume ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our site or place an order. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

  • Payment information: payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored on our systems.
  • Marketing information: if you join our email list, we store your email address and subscription preferences.

Services we use

We use a small number of service providers to run the store. They process your information on our behalf:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
  • PayPal and our card payment provider, which process payments. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Klaviyo, which sends our emails, including your order, warranty and Ritual emails. If you tick the SMS box, Klaviyo also sends our text messages.
  • Track123, which shows your order's tracking status.
  • Advertising and analytics tools from Meta, Google and TikTok, which use cookies and pixels to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the site (clicks, scrolling and page views) so we can improve it. Payment details are never recorded.

Product-use emails, like your Ritual guide and coaching emails, go to every customer as part of the service. Marketing emails go only to people who agreed to receive them, and every one includes an unsubscribe link. We only send text messages to numbers entered with a ticked SMS consent box. The phone number you give at checkout is used for delivery only.
