Shipping policy
- We ship within the United States only.
- Shipping is always free, and every order ships from our US warehouse with tracking.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days, then delivered in 2–6 days.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Around holidays, we post real order-by dates at the top of the site.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO). We don't ship outside the United States.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no customs charges or import fees, because every order ships from our US warehouse.
Processing and delivery times
We process orders within 2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order any time on our Track your order page, with your order number and email.
Holiday delivery
Around major holidays, we post real order-by dates at the top of the site. We only post dates our warehouse confirms.
Check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Late or missing orders
If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order says delivered but you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
